Scenario
Last month, as winter approached, I made a large purchase of woolen clothing. Few were too expensive for my budget, but as time went on, I pulled a few from the closet and wore them as needed. However, they are unlikely to catch any dirt at all. I, too, do not have a washing machine.

Experience
When it came to cleaning those garments, each one required a unique approach based on the fabric used. I couldn't decide whether to squander my time by washing several articles of clothing at different times so that they didn't interfere with one another. Or I could look for a nearby Dhobi or dry cleaner without knowing who to trust and who to avoid.

create an intuitive and efficient user interface for an online laundry service app that allows customers to easily schedule pick-up and delivery of their laundry, track the status of their orders, and make payments.

Design Thinking

Empathise
Conducted user research to understand the needs & the pain points of the target audience for the online laundry service app. This included surveys, interviews, & competitor analysis.

Define
Used the insights gained from the research to define the problem and create a clear design brief that outlines the goals and objectives of the app.

Ideate
Generated a wide range of ideas and concepts for the app interface and features. This included sketches, wireframes, and mockups.

Prototype
Created a working prototype of the app that can be tested with users. This included a clickable prototype, a low-fidelity wireframe, or a high-fidelity mockup.

Test
Conducted user testing on the prototype to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement. This included usability testing, A/B testing, and user interviews.

Highly detailed and polished, and are intended to closely resemble the final product. They are typically created later in the design process and are used to test the layout, functionality, and visual design of the app.
